Many IIANC members have questions on the North Carolina Department of Insurance Agency Review Process and what their agency should expect if they are subject to an audit. As a resource to our members, IIANC has now created a guide to Demystifying the NCDOI Agency Review. In addition, there is a corresponding Agency Self-Assessment Guide for IIANC members that might want to conduct their own audit to self-assess compliance to insurance regulations.
