Led by Mari Fridenmaker, IIANC’s Professional Development Insurance Trainer, this program offers personalized mentorship through Mondays with Mari—one-on-one virtual sessions—as well as virtual, interactive group discussions on relevant industry topics.

Exclusively available at no additional cost to member agents enrolled in the Agent Development Program, the Mentor Program delivers the guidance and tools needed to build confidence, master key skills, and excel in the Account Manager role—all in a flexible virtual format.
