Insurance Growth Academy, offered in partnership with The Sales Collective, is a training experience featuring live Zoom sessions, built for insurance producers who are committed to scaling performance and building stronger client relationships.

Each session for producers dives deep into modern, real-world sales strategies to sharpen your skills and improve your prospecting, leadership principles, and proven tactics to increase premium written, close more deals, and develop high-performing teams.

This isn’t recycled theory - it’s practical, personalized, and built for today’s insurance landscape. You’ll leave each session with actionable tools, a fresh perspective, and the confidence to grow your book, your team, and your bottom line. Growth isn’t optional. It’s expected.

Program Cost: $2,000 per person (includes a Sales DNA assessment valued at $600)

Format: Six bi-weekly live Zoom sessions over 12 weeks
