Mari Fridenmaker, CISR
Mari brings over 15 years of experience in commercial insurance. She spent much of her career in the independent agency environment on a team as an Account Manager, servicing large clients in various industries. She is proud of the relationships she established with her clients, co-workers, and carrier representatives. Mari is passionate about helping others, so it was a natural fit for her to also serve as the training specialist at her last positions.
Mari earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2018 and is working toward the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation with an expected completion date of September 2024.
Mari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University. She also has two health and wellness coaching certifications: National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching and Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Certification.
In Mari’s free time, she likes to be outside running, walking, or hiking. During the pandemic, she started a monthly hike with her friends and has kept it going. She also loves strength training, Pilates, yoga and stand-up paddleboarding. Mari also likes relaxing with her husband, Steve, and her dog, JD. She enjoys practicing meditation, cooking, and reading or listening to good books. She is involved in her community as a trail rover with the Metro Parks, a caregiver support volunteer with the Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resource Center and an ambassador for Lifeline of Ohio, promoting organ, eye, and tissue donation.
