Larry Linne
Larry G Linne is an engaging and energetic thought leader in multiple businesses environments. His diverse business background and successful ventures makes him one of the most sought after speakers and consultants in North America.
Larry started his post college life by playing in the NFL. Post NFL he spent a few years in corporate America. He moved up quickly in the executive ranks at Ryder Commercial Leasing and Services.
Larry decided that entrepreneurial businesses were more of his passion, and he took a leadership position at a heavy construction equipment company. The company set industry records in growth and profitability.
His next adventure was an insurance agency in New Mexico. Larry started by advising the leadership team on growth strategies in personal lines. He soon became the VP Sales and Consulting. The agency had industry leading organic growth and experienced closing ratios above 90%.
Larry’s passion to make a global impact drove him to the east coast to become a consultant to the insurance industry and to write books and become a national business figure. Larry worked as President and CEO of an internationally recognized consulting firm, which he finally purchased in 2014. He continues to lead InCite Performance Group today as they expand into new innovative territories and industries.
Currently Larry owns and contributes to two additional companies. Intellectual Innovations is where he publishes book and has online thought leadership resources for executives (theiionline.com), and InCite Capital Management, a venture capital fund focused in in technology and insurance agency perpetuation.
He is also a best-selling author. His books “Make the Noise Go Away – The Power of An Effective Second in Command”, “Brand Aid – Taking Control Of Your Reputation before Everyone Else Does”, “Leading Performance… Because It Can’t Be Managed”, have reached best seller status.
Larry is a certified exit planner (CExP™), and has helped dozens of companies create complex and successful exit plans.
Larry is married to Deborah, and has 5 daughters and one granddaughter, and three grandsons. He lives in Colorado on a ranch with quite few animals and a stable of bicycles.
