Once a policy is written, all it requires is renewals and varying degrees of service….until a claim occurs!  Take a deep dive in to some claims examples that range from dog bites to burglaries, renovations to total losses, and how each claims triggers (or doesn’t!) specific parts of the homeowners policy.
